It's FALL 2018 HOTTEST COFFEE DRINK , Yes its back!!! And the Angels sing! The Starbucks best selling seasonal drink is back.  I'm just a little excited about a little bit of heaven in a cup. Thank you my friend, my taste buds are shouting for joy! As are millions nationwide! Including my sister Kelly who is Starbucks #1 fan. My routine is set...kids off to school, Starbuck drive- thru, work-out than work day begins.

I love pumpkin pie and the Pumpkin Spice Latte will be my daily substitute. Well...not daily but close to it. The combination of sweet delicious pumpkin and tasty spices including cinnamon and nutmeg topped with my favorite whipped cream is soo yummy. If you prefer something deliciously cool than the Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte is perfect for you. Like adding fire to a flame Starbucks brought us more delicious heat. The Chile Mocha has all the right combinations to keep you coming back for more. With a delightful combination of espresso, chocolaty cocoa and spice with steamed milk and topped with heavenly whipped cream. Sprinkled at the top of this tasty drink is a warm combination of ancho and cayenne pepper. The chocolate will be a great balance to the cayenne pepper. I know....you want it right now! 

Ok...our morning just got a lot more enjoyable!

Loving Pass Bipolar

Happy Sunday!! The weather is extremely hot, but I love it! I had a bit of a scare this morning. My church had a outside service this morning and my daughter Sophia got over- heated which aggregated her asthma. I don't play when it comes to asthma and heat sooooo........we took her to the ER. They ran all the normal test and blood work thank God everything is fine and she's home resting now. So my plans for going to the pool are out. My daughter Remi  has her 2nd therapy session tomorrow, which I will fill you guys in on later this week. Remi is my oldest daughter who has  blessed us tremendously as my other 2 daughters have also. Remi has intellectual disabilities caused by 22q chromosome deletion. PARENTING VICTORY : MY ADULT WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND MENTAL CHALLENGES

"I CAN DO ALL THINGS THOUGH CHRIST WHO STRENTHENS ME".. Philippians 4:13 ...My   daily reminder. I got this!  It gives me great peace and strength that can only come from Christ. This summer has been the most difficult time since 2014.  In 2014 Remi graduated from high school. Remi loved her high school experience. Although academically Remi was capable of doing more than what was expected of her in school. But that's a whole different story. Remi loved seeing her friends and having the same routine everyday. Her biggest love was riding the bus. Her bus pick-up time was 5:15...not good for mama!! Which just killed me for 4 years. But Remi LOVED IT!!  After graduation for the next 2 years it was hell on earth. We went to several therapist and psychologist to find out what was going on. Remi was diagnosed with bipolar by some and others couldn't give me a clue of what was going on. This was an extremely difficult and stressful time to say the least
