Happy Sunday!

Blessings to you and your family. Wishing you much grace and love.  Take joy and hope in this new day God has blessed us with. Enjoy every minute! Focus not on tomorrow but just the blessings of today. The lord will take care of all your needs for tomorrow.  Smile and fill yourself with his mighty holy spirit.  Cast all your worries on him, relieve yourself of the stresses of this world.

Give thanks for all your many blessings, small and large. Smile longer it helps with wrinkles and is good for the spirit. Let everyone see the God living inside of you. Tell your parents or care giver you love them and appreciate everything they've done for you. Help some one just because they need it.  Hug your kids and tell them you love them. Talk to your children for 30 minutes, they will love you for it. Call a friend. Do one thing on your to do list. Make a choice to stay happy and content even when you don't want to.  Look at life through God's eyes not your own.

Loving Pass Bipolar

Happy Sunday!! The weather is extremely hot, but I love it! I had a bit of a scare this morning. My church had a outside service this morning and my daughter Sophia got over- heated which aggregated her asthma. I don't play when it comes to asthma and heat sooooo........we took her to the ER. They ran all the normal test and blood work thank God everything is fine and she's home resting now. So my plans for going to the pool are out. My daughter Remi  has her 2nd therapy session tomorrow, which I will fill you guys in on later this week. Remi is my oldest daughter who has  blessed us tremendously as my other 2 daughters have also. Remi has intellectual disabilities caused by 22q chromosome deletion. PARENTING VICTORY : MY ADULT WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND MENTAL CHALLENGES

"I CAN DO ALL THINGS THOUGH CHRIST WHO STRENTHENS ME".. Philippians 4:13 ...My   daily reminder. I got this!  It gives me great peace and strength that can only come from Christ. This summer has been the most difficult time since 2014.  In 2014 Remi graduated from high school. Remi loved her high school experience. Although academically Remi was capable of doing more than what was expected of her in school. But that's a whole different story. Remi loved seeing her friends and having the same routine everyday. Her biggest love was riding the bus. Her bus pick-up time was 5:15...not good for mama!! Which just killed me for 4 years. But Remi LOVED IT!!  After graduation for the next 2 years it was hell on earth. We went to several therapist and psychologist to find out what was going on. Remi was diagnosed with bipolar by some and others couldn't give me a clue of what was going on. This was an extremely difficult and stressful time to say the least
